Returns & Refunds

30-day returns
If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@aldercrestt.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and an address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll be notified by email when the refund is processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened candles and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order.
